Douse Center
About the Douse Community Center
In 2004, a center was envisioned where Anderson Chapel would increase its impact upon the Marlboro Heights community and the city of Killeen. A place where the community could come and find instruction, fellowship, interaction and community- building. The vision was for a place where children and youth would share in drama and music productions. A place where the congregation would have a place to grow through increased technological and audio-visual capabilities. Ten years later that God-breathed vision became a reality. The words of the ancient prophet are ringing true…this vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed Habakkuk 2:3
